Mr. Cumberland boasts significant experience in both the travel and technology industries. Prior to joining Travel Leaders Group, he served as Chief Information Officer at Abercrombie & Kent for 13 years. There, he helped to transform the business with technologies that increased agent productivity, customer engagement, and enhanced the overall booking experience. His past roles include leadership positions with several technology companies, including Unisys, the global information technology company, and Sabre, Inc., the travel technology company. At Sabre, Mr. Cumberland implemented the division’s first-ever product lifecycle management program in addition to a range of market leading web-based solutions.
